Whether it’s 15 people or 5,000, from Baltimore to Richmond and sometimes beyond, our barbeque is fresh smoked when you need it. Here’s how it works:

Based upon your needs and number of guests, we organize things as follows:
• For a small party, food is packed in aluminum containers.
• For up to 100 people, the food comes in aluminum pans & placed in insulated Party Pak boxes - hot stays hot and cold stays cold for several hours.
• There are charges for courier delivery, delivery plus set-up, or delivery plus a 2 hour service.
• For full service events, we come to your location, set up buffet tables, chop the barbeque, and clean up our mess. See our standard Helpful Information for Catering:
• For major events (generally more than 1,500), we can bring a pit, cook the barbeque, and set up enough buffet tables to serve everybody in less than 30 minutes.
• Call 703.492.2205 (9:00AM - 5:00PM Monday thru Saturday) or email us with the date and time of your event, the expected number of people, the foods you want, & your budget.
• Our catering staff will respond promptly on Mondays thru Saturdays with a call and proposal.
