For five consecutive years, the Reston Bike Club has trusted Dixie Bones BBQ to fuel their annual full-service event at Reston Town Center. This massive gathering, a cornerstone of the local cycling community, caters to over 900 people, and a reliable, delicious food service is paramount to its success.

Dixie Bones delivered a complete self-serve buffet, a seamless solution for a high-volume event. The menu was designed to satisfy hungry cyclists and their families, featuring our succulent pulled pork and pulled chicken, complemented by classic sides of coleslaw, creamy mac & cheese, and fresh pasta salad. The addition of buns allowed guests to craft their perfect barbecue sandwiches.
