Whether we are slowly smoking our pork shoulders, beef briskets, ribs and chicken over hickory logs, or starting with fresh collard greens and cabbage or making traditional sides like our world famous macaroni and cheese from scratch, or baking homemade pies, Dixie Bones is healthy, hearty American food at its finest.
Dixie Bones is fast, efficient and user friendly. You can be served by long experienced wait staff in our dining room, order food to-go at our dedicated counter, order online, call ahead for takeout, or have food delivered through third parties such as DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Grubhub.
