BBQ Meat & Fish

Our meat is slow smoked over hickory logs in Southern Pride BBQpits.  Catfish filets are sliced into strips, breaded in cornmeal & fried to order in beef tallow.

Order individual meat & fish by the pound or pieces. Enjoy a BBQ or catfish plate with two sides & roll or cornbread. Have a BBQ sandwich, or a giant stuffed Idaho potato topped with BBQ.  Try a BBQ bowl with pinto beans, rice, cheddar cheese, ranch dressing & jalapenos.

Homemade Side Dishes 

Traditional sides are made every day with fresh vegetables & the finest ingredients.  Your choice, on a plate or with a sandwich.Order sides by the individual serving, pint or quart.

Desserts

Every day, all desserts are made from scratch in our bakery.Order a slice or a whole pie.  Bread pudding with caramel saucecomes in a serving, pint or quart.  Individual Apple Pies & Brownies are also available.

We make our sauces from scratch.

Drinks

Every morning tea bags are added to boiling water.  Tea comes by the glass, half gallon or gallon.
