Prince William Co. Schools: Back-to-School Community Event

For the past five years, Dixie Bones BBQ has had the privilege of supporting Prince William County Schools by catering their annual back-to-school community event at Garfield High School. This event is a vital part of the community, helping to prepare students and families for the upcoming school year.

Our team was tasked with a large-scale operation: preparing and serving 2,000 BBQ sandwiches. To ensure a smooth process for such a large crowd, we meticulously chopped and packed our signature pulled pork and pulled chicken, making it easy for the students and families to grab a delicious meal. Our efficient and well-organized serving process was key to handling the volume and keeping the lines moving, allowing attendees to quickly get their food and enjoy the event.
